04 Nov 2025
At the Central London Careers Hub, our mission is to ensure that every learner leaves education with a clear understanding of how their unique skills, talents, and interests align with the world of work.
We are committed to empowering educators and employers to collaboratively create fair, equitable, and informed pathways into professional industries. Through fostering enduring, mutually beneficial partnerships, we aim to bridge the gap between education and employment, shaping a future where opportunity is accessible to all.
The Central London Careers Hubs is part of a National initiative designed to improve careers education and guidance for young people, with the aim of achieving better outcomes for all. We bring together schools, alternative provisions, colleges, employers, and training providers to ensure that everyone is better connected to the collective vision of empowering the future of our working communities. We do this through:
A dedicated team will work with schools and employers to ensure every learner can access the world of work around them, with the aim of empowering learners to make the best possible choices for their future careers.
We aim to help employers connect with educational establishments that can assist them with creating a diverse and innovative talent pipeline for the future of their industries.
We provide strong partnerships with local employers to provide real-world insights, and work experience opportunities.
We connect educational settings to employers for events and workshops focused on building the skills of students.
Educators will be guided through how to deliver high-quality careers provision, which aligns to government guidance and the Gatsby Benchmarks.
Skills sessions aimed at employers to empower them to engage with learners across all backgrounds in order to deliver innovated and inspiring experiences for students.
Our services are tailored to local, regional and national economic needs, in order to allow individuals to see ‘the bigger picture’.
We put an emphasis on ending a “one-size-fits-all” approach by empowering educators and employers to shape support for every learner.
